But there are things in the Apple customer service model that don\u2019t really apply to most neighborhood businesses such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ultramodern storefronts<\/li>\n<li>Cashless and paperless checkout<\/li>\n<li>Minimal inventory<\/li>\n<li>Abundance of available floor staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A better role model, and one that\u00a0any business can emulate, might be Bubba\u2019s the local diner I\u2019ve been eating at for almost 30 years.
